Optimal health is not about quick fixes, diets, and three-month bursts of exercise. It's the "synergy" of mind and body. It's about developing a program to achieve and maintain synergy to gain long-lasting health and wellness. Understanding the role this synergy plays in the quest for good health is one of the fundamental lessons I address individually with my clients and in the programming. I've developed fitness programs for fitness and wellness centers, and the positive impact it has shown in the results my clients achieve - are long-lasting and phenomenal.


    I am a seasoned, results-focused Holistic Health Coach with more than 15 years of proven experience designing, developing, and implementing individual and group health programs. My primary focus is on empowerment, education, and alternative disciplines to help clients better understand the mind-body-nutrition-lifestyle connection toward optimum health and wellness. I am consistently developing creative alternatives that incorporate fitness training with a customized wellness program approach aimed at improving quality of life.

Kenroy is studied, proven and has a passion for getting results. Kenroy uses a variety of programs and exercises to obtain the goal but is very carful not to over train. Many trainers believe that if they get to a fatigued state then they have done their job. I can sweat washing my car! I can get tired from doing yard work, but am I fit? Though you will be tired (trust me), the approach and the building blocks to get you to the agreed goal and the accomplishment of that goal, is the proof!
